Little by little, I’ve started sneaking vintage-inspired décor into my house. My husband was not crazy about it at first, but it’s growing on him. This next project helped! I took an old window frame and turned it into a picture frame. The pictures we had taken at his parents’ farm look great on the vintage window!
I really feel like I’m looking out on a frosted holy scene when I look through this window. It is lovely above a fireplace, or even hung in front of a window. Wouldn’t the night lights look sparkly shining through this?
I have one more window project to share, and in the next post I will show décor made with different vintage materials. This window can be used as a jewelry holder or memo holder with the chicken wire in the frame. Clip memos to it, or use hooks to hang jewelry on it. There’s also a row of hooks across the top, and a shelf to set more pretties on. Maybe I’ll try to sneak it in too ;)!
